Luas key facts to success – multi person matches

September 4, 2021

One of the grandest spectacles in any arena is a grand melee. Multiple fighters forced into the same arena at the same time, chaotic and entertaining but almost a nightmare to win. Hopefully with my advice you future prospects and seasoned veterans may just find the key to victory.

Always watch your back.

Probably the most important rule in multi fighter fights is simply to be co instantly vigilant. Unlike a normal 1 on 1 fight you can’t just focus on the person in front of you. The moment you do that’s when you get jumped from behind and before you know it you’re eliminated as your dog piled.

So stay focused and don’t get distracted. You may feel like you’re always on the defensive but so is everyone else.

Pack tactics

For some this may not be the most honourable course of action but it’s effective. If you see someone who’s struggling with an opponent, help with their elimination after all its survival of the fittest.

Of course if an opponent is daft enough to put a target on their back (normally by disrespecting their opponents) chances are they will get ganged up on. Which leads to our next topic.

Form alliances

Simply put a temporary alliance can make or break your chances. It can be simple as you choose not to fight each other till the end or you agree to call a truce until someone is eliminated. However you need to remember that all alliances are fleeting. Your allies will soon be enemies and always be on the lookout for a sudden but inevitable betrayal.

Pile on the pressure

Of course if you are unfortunate enough to be the one being hung up on what can you do? Firstly going on the defensive is just buying you time, you need to push back. There are a few ways to do this. Firstly focus in on one at a time, this could leave you open as you begin to focus on just one person but one less person is one less attack to worry about.

Secondly you continually strike at each of your opponents keeping them on the defensive as you only wear them down.

Of course if you’re the one on offence and you’re singling one person out with your team mates don’t let them find a moment to streak. Don’t wait your turn all of you pile in and hurt them something fierce.

Well that is all the advice I have for you this time dear readers. For all you future fighters I wish you the best of luck in your endeavours.
